We like it when our clients start by discovering their customers.

Some clients have a clearly defined product vision. However, we expect the original feature set to change upon first contact with customers. So, we prefer working without extensive requirements.

Instead, we ask for user stories and low-fidelity sketches.

Lastly, we urge our clients to consider user experience and unique data as their greatest strengths.
